    Hello,

    I have a teaching website which works with Woocommerce and LearnPress. I have some orders from five days ago stuck on “pending” (with customers details) which were recoverable but this plugin can’t recover any of them. When I select “Recoverable orders” nothing happen.

    Could you help me solve this?

    The order status is “waiting for payment” on the woocommerce order section. Cron is working on my website.

    Plugin considers the order as completed/Recovered whose order status is processing or the completed.
    In your case, order status is waiting for payment hence plugin not considering the recovered order.

    Hello,

    I don’t understand something. You meant that if the order is processing or completed it means that the order has been paid so there is nothing to recover.

    But that’s not my issue. I want to be able to send an email to those orders stuck at “waiting for payement” hence recoverable carts on my website.
