No cart icon showing

I connected the plugin and it is showing my products but when I turn on the fixed cart tab, nothing shows. When I add the “cart icon” to my menu it adds an div with some wp shopify code but there is nothing within the div.

Any where to start troubleshooting this? there are no console errors.
