No caption or buttons?

    Hi there, I have installed simple lightbox and it seems to work on a basic level i.e. click on an image and it opens but there don’t seem to be any captions or buttons to move forward/ backwards through the images.

    I was using pretty photo and had the same problem, I have disabled that plug-in and activated simple lightbox and it’s doing the same thing – no buttons, no captions.

    Can you help? By the way I am a very basic user of wordpress and need very simple instructions!

    Hi,

    It looks like Pretty Photo is still enabled on your site (it appears to be loaded by your theme). Two lightboxes enabled at the same time will likely cause issues.

    Disabling Pretty Photo again should allow SLB to work properly. Let me know once you’ve disabled it and I’ll be glad to take another look.

    I’ve actually deleted the PP plug-in now and it still seems to appear in the address bar once I’ve clicked on an image – https://www.annadentstudio.com/portfolio/#!prettyPhoto appears as the URL after opening and closing one of my portfolio images.

    How do I get rid of it? I know it’s not your plug-in… Thanks for helping.

    As Pretty Photo is being loaded by the theme, you may want to contact the theme’s developer to see if Pretty Photo can be disabled. If not, another option would be to manually remove Pretty Photo from the theme.
