Hi I am trying your plugin to get a captcha up on the registration page, but nothing seems to be working. Is it because I use a different theme? I’m using the Salient theme? Thanks for your help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you for trying our plugin. This free plugin allows you to add CAPTCHA to native WordPress forms, such as the native login form, registration page form, comments form etc.

Your registration form is created with a third party plugin, so it is not a native form. In that case, if you want to add CAPTCHA to any non-native WordPress form you need the Premium edition of the plugin.

I hope the above helps. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Have a great day.

I was hoping to make sure it tested and worked fine

Its not a custom plugin its just a different theme I’m using, so how do I know if it works?

If the registration page is the native WordPress one, upon enabling the setting in the “Forms & Placements” section you should see the CAPTCHA check on the page.

I’m afraid that offhand we cannot give you much more information / provide you with assistance. We would have to look into the settings and what is configured to be able to assist you.

If you would like us to help you set this up, please send us the System Information file (which you can get from the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin) via email at [email protected].

Please note that the file will include information about the setup of your website, including our plugin’s settings, which other plugins you have installed etc.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
