    Hi,

    Why the status of the order is not appearing here : https://prnt.sc/1396e6m please ?

    Also, is it possible to set Reason by opening a box with a text aera to let customer tell us why they cancel before submit the cancel request ? Is it possible on a pro feature ?

    Then, when customer cancel, there no email send to the customer to says “Cancel Request Received” and no message of confirmation on the my account page ? Is it a pro feature too ?

    Hi @mrgabooo , it might be some issue with your theme code or customization.
    the cancel request status and admin notification email should be there, once the cancellation request is raised. these are not pro feature.

    please contact us here so we will check and will resolve the issue.
