• After updating plugins I notice some lay-out issues on my websites. Turns out the cache is not purged by WP-Optimize after updating plugins.

I think WP-Optimize should purge the cache after plugin updates, correct?

So what could be causing this issue?

    Thank yoy for your help!

WP-Optimize is designed to automatically purge the cache after plugin updates under normal circumstances to ensure your site reflects the latest changes. However, if a plugin is updated while deactivated, the cache won’t be purged immediately since the inactive plugin doesn’t affect the frontend content.

Once the plugin is reactivated, WP-Optimize will automatically clear the cache to apply the updated files and settings. This approach avoids unnecessary purges and helps maintain site performance.

Thank you for your help. HJowever, the plugin was deactivated when I updated it. Still, WP-Optimkize did not purche the cache after the plugin update.
