no cache on some pages

Hi,

I am analyzing the loading time of the pages on my website. Some pages are very slow and some other page is fast.

On the 2 “slow” pages, I am seeing the mention “no-cache” for litespeed line in the speed report. Whereas, I am not seeing these words in the “fast” page.

Why is it that these pages have no lite speed cache activated?

Notes:

I have cloudflare activated + autoptimize (even when I deactivate the autoptimize plugin, the no-cache is still there.
