no "by user" subscribtion confirmation

    Hi,

    I configured Sabre with “by user” confirmation required but the received email has no link to confirm and the wp_sabre_table has records about every non confirmed users :

    1 -1 NULL NULL 109.15.57.221 2012-11-03 16:12:22 2012-11-03 16:12:22 NULL pending BBWC6 NULL NULL NULL NULL

    as you can see user_id, user and email are not filled.
