No buttons on Step 2

Either you have php errors on your site or your site is so huge that the script gets an timeout.

I’m having the exact same issue. I have debug mode enabled and it’s not outputting anything to the log file.

This seems to be a timeout. Is your website very large?
Could you try to increase the max_execution_time limit in y<our php.ini?

I tried increasing this value and no luck. My site isn’t too large, it goes right through step 1 quickly too. Just no buttons to click once you get to step 2.
