No button to continue after affiliate registration form

    I am not sure how to move forward. I installed this plugin and wanted to do a test as a potential affiliate would, but when I go to fill out the form, I get to the end and there is no button to continue. Everything else looks fine, but there no way to send in my form. I have cleared cache and cookies and tried from several different accounts (that are not logged into the web). Like, where would an affiliate go from here. I use Creativo theme.

    Hey @welovespain,

    Thank you for reaching out! From the looks of it, the sign-up button is there, but it has white text and transparent background, thus making it blend in with the white background of the container.

    It looks like this styling is applied by the theme. Nevertheless, the following CSS code should help:

    body .slicewp-button-primary { background: rgba(0, 169, 31, 0.9) !important; }

    Please add the above CSS code into your website. If you’re not sure where to add the code, please add it into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
