No button showing up

I double checked and they’re all set just the same as the screenshot. I wonder what could be causing the problem? I’ll try disabling other plugins and see if one is interfering.

It’s W3 Total Cache. Have you heard of this interference before? I really need a plugin like W3, is there another you know of that will work with the button?
