When I’m editing my registration form and use the live preview, there’s no register button. I assumed it showed up on the page, but still not there. I don’t know how people registered, because I currently have someone trying to sign up that alerted me to the issue. Please help!

I tried a fix with code to hide the button and substituted display: none with display: block and I tried inline, but nothing worked. ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @thedailybark

This is strange. Try to do a conflict test – https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test and check again.

    Hello!

I deactivated all plugins and switched to the Twenty Twenty two theme. Still not showing up. There’s no option to add it while editing the form. Is that normal? I just assumed it’s automatically part of the form and that’s why it’s not included. What else could it be? I hate to be missing out on sign ups during this time. I will open a support ticket if I’m able to.

    Thank you for trying!

    Hello @thedailybark

The register button should add to the form automatically. What version of the UM do you use?

Could you send me a screenshot of your form settings (Please erase or blur all data that is confidential on the screenshot)?

    Regards.

I fixed it! Since it wasn’t the plugins or the theme, I created a new form without any of the extra options selected and the buttons showed up! I selected the privacy policy option and it worked, buttons still there. I selected Terms of service option and the privacy policy AND buttons disappeared! I turned off terms and they were still gone. I had to add a checkbox to the form for privacy policy and terms confirmation in order to have those options but keep the options off in the form settings.

I then went back to my original form turned off customization options, privacy policy and terms options and the buttons showed up. I opened a support ticket to determine why this is happening. Thank you for your help!
