No Body's In WP-Mail.php Emails

  • WP-Mail.php isn’t picking up the Body’s content from any email. The emails that it is supposed to pick up are not posted by me, so the way the email is formatted is not my decision.

    They are currently in text format, sometimes with colours?

    Could you help me?
