• I have multisite install and on the main site it is working OK, but at the subsite the FAQ are OK, but there is no text, just only the header of the FAQs.

But at the URL of the particular FAQ it is OK:
    https://lunacup.eu/sk/blog/ufaqs/faq-test-2/.

(There is a problem with permalink structure, that I address in next entry).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi rich,

How did you install/activate the FAQ plugin? Did you install it at the network admin level and then activate for each site? Or did you install it separately for each site?

If it’s a separate install on each site, it should just follow the permalink structure of each site. It’s a custom post type, so should function the same as regular posts in your WordPress. Do those function as intended?

Are you creating separate FAQs for each site, or just creating one set? You’d likely need to create two separate sets of FAQs to get it to function how you want.

Hi, I installed from on-line depository as Network administrator and Network activated.

And yes, I′m creating separate FAQs (my multisite is for languages mutation of the main page).

I will try to activate it at each site, if it help.

It is not showing the text (body) of the FAQ posts.
But text is here, as you can see from the direct link to the post:
    https://lunacup.eu/sk/ufaqs/test-faq/

On the main site, everything working fine.

Dear developer, I need to fix this. It seems that your plugin do not work on multi-site enviroment correctly!
