No body specified

  • Hi,

    If I select the option to send “Multipart” as email type for woocommerce emails, I get the error “no body specified” (which is not true). I reasearched on the internet and it looks like this is a problem that has to do with SMTP sending and can be solved only using the original mailer. Is that the case?

    I started using SMTP to avoid hitting spam filters, but all my emails are still hitting the spam folder becuase I can’t send them in Multipart (html and plain text).

    Hi,

    I just wanted to follow up on this one. The issue is not solved yet.

    If I send with PostSMTP Mailer and try to send multipart emails (html + plain text) the email is not sent and gives back the error no body specified (which is not true, because it works normally if I disable PostSMTP).

    I tried to use PostSMTP and select PHPMailer instead of PostSMTP Mailer and the issue is solved.

    My question is: does choosing PHPMailer over PostSMTPMailer make any difference? For example, in terms of deliverability?
