No Blocks available on New CPT with REST API enabled

    I created several CPTs and Taxonomies with Pods. When I click Add New under one of the CPTs and go to draft a new post, none of the block controls are available. I cannot add blocks to any posts. I double-checked, and the REST API is enabled.
