    Hey Sara,
    did you set the bitly-settings completly?
    Login and API Key is required to generate the bit.ly-links.
    Can you send a screenshot from your settings or send admin-login to [email protected]

    Plugin create bit.ly-shortlinks by visiting the article. So maybe the needed shortlink is in the bitly-account but older than the latest.
    Please use the search-button to find your shortlink.
