No Bio, No Avatar, Users not able to edit bio

    Hi – I logged in but would need admin access to do any more testing. Have you enabled Avatars in Settings / Discussion? You need also to disable any other plugins or theme that control avatars. Test by switching to 2014 default theme for example. Custom bios are a paid option at simpleintranet.org. Email me at chris (at) simpleintranet.org and I can take a look in more detail if still issues, but likely a plugin or theme conflict (disable all and reintroduce one by one etc).

    Looks like your theme changes staff list settings? That could be it… test by switching to 2014 default theme.
