    Hi,

if I use the Button “Check out with PayPal” in the cart. I don’t get any address information from PayPal back in my Woocommerce store. I have only an order with the name and an emailaddress. Sorry, that’s not good.

If I use the normal Checkout and pay with paypal every thing is fine because the client has to filled out the fields before can order.

    I have to questions:
    1) How can we fix the error with the address?
    2) How can I disable only the PayPal Button in the cart, that Paypal Express Checkout can only use in normal Checkout

    Please help.

Kind regards Frank Weber from Germany (sorry for the english)

  • No problem, anything else you want me to try just let me know. I can’t be the only person making this mistake if it is one. Happy to give you access to the test site via email too.

I’ve worked it out! So stupid…..

If you’re not charging shipping, you still need to add shipping and set it as free, then select it at cart or checkout or the request will not go to paypal that it’s required.

In my case it was the assumption that my shipping is free worldwide so there was no need to add it, but you do have to in order for this to work.

Maybe it should be made clearer, maybe I’m just simple minded haha…

    Thank you.

ah cool ?? – that makes sense buddy. I am glad this worked out. I was getting worried here :). Now the noshipping=0 will be passed and you shoudl be fine !

    Wishing you all the best!

    Hi Ekta,

I’m having a similar issue. I’m selling a digital virtual product and don’t need shipping. I also don’t require billing in the plug-in setup. I’m using a sandbox account to test and everything works great until I click “process order”. It has an error that basically everything is required. name, email, and billing address.

    here’s the token id: token=EC-05H50491UP589763J

    Thanks

    Hi,

the last update of woocommerce and Flatsome shows the paypal express button again on the website. Is the problem with no billing address now fixed (for all products, shipping free, virtual products …)?

    Kind regards Frank

Thanks for the reply. I updated the plug-in and everything is working great!

    Thanks again

    Hey Frank,

Is this the PayPal Express logo you are referring to : https://cld.wthms.co/IwlY? It seems to be working as expected.

    Regards,
    Yuvraj
