No bids are displayed

    Hello,

    we have installed the two plugins. As described in the documentation.

We also see the auction and we have the possibility to bid on our product. The current highest bid is also displayed in the backend, but unfortunately not the overview of the individual bidders.

It says "No bids placed" although we have already bid for it. I don't see any customers on Woocomerce either, although I registered after I wanted to place a bid.

If you need the login details, let me know.

    When a user adds a bid, the bidder name, bid value and bidding time can be viewed by admin as follows
    1) Go to Product detail page -> Bids tab -> Total Bids Placed.
    2) Go to admin dashboard -> edit product -> Bid History table.
    3) Go to Auctions -> Auctions menu -> Bidders Name/Bid/Time column.

    We have checked the product url you provided. The bid tab does not display in product detail page. This is only possible if the plugin code has been modified. If it shows “No bids placed” in backend, it is possible that data has been deleted or modified from the database. Please follow the steps below. It will create the tables again in database. After following the steps below, test auction product by adding a bid.
    1) delete auction plugin
    2) install and activate woocommece plugin properly
    3) install and activate auction plugin (edited)
