We have checked on your site and it looks starting bid and biding area
are not displaying on the auction detail page.

Every WordPress site has unique structure and there are many plugins and themes
installed on the site so it may be possible that due to some issue, this is happening.

=> Could you please share the WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

=> Could you also share which theme are you using and share its zip if it is paid so that we can install and test it in-house?

=> Could you please answer to below questions?

A) Did you override the auction template to the theme and make any custom changes?
B) Did you create a product template using any of the builders?

To resolve the issue, please follow the below steps —

1) Deactivate all the plugins except the woocommerce and Ultimate Auction For WooCommerce.
create an auction product and then check for the issue.

2) If the issue still persists in step 1 then switch to any other WordPress Core theme like theme 2023, 2024 or a woocommerce-based theme like a storefront and then check for the issue.
