No banner in pdf

    I add a banner for the ticket but is not showing on the pdf.
    I have some screenshots but i cant add then because i have no image as URL only as attachment

    So what next?

    Write to [email protected] to get faster response. This forum is not watched actively.

    If the image is not shown, it could be your image is not suitable. Please check if you can convert your image to PNG or better to JPG. And please add a suffix (.jpg, etc), this also sometimes helped (not sure why).

    Thanks that worked, coverted it to jpg
