No banks are shown in iDeal dropdown

    As of today no banks are shown when choosing the iDeal payment option. I read other threads, suggesting to delete all transients, which I did. Doesn’t help, unfortunately. I therefore unchecked the “Toon iDEAL-banken dropdown” option and used a display:none to hide the empty select box.

    I’m using the latest version 6.1.0 and the latest WooCommerce version 4.9.2

    Thanks for the feedback everyone. We are working on a solution for this.
    As I see it, there are a few potentially different issues reported in this thread.

    If you do not see the bank dropdown at all, then please unchek->save and recheck->save the checkbox for Show iDEAL banks dropdown in the gateway settings.

    If you do see the bank dropdown, but the issuer list is empty, then you can try to clear your transients under:
    WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Clear transients

    In any case, the ability to pay should not be limited. Upon paying with an empty selection in the dropdown, the desired iDEAL bank can then be chosen on the mollie payment site.
    We are still interested in gathering more context information.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    @coretechd It should not reappear.
    Before version 6.1, this checkbox did not work properly and we fixed it.
    The fix, however, revealed a wrong setting state for some site configurations. Resetting the state once by following the described procedure should fix the issue entirely.
    Only if you downgrade back to a previous version, mess with the settings and then update to 6.1, this might happen again.
    We are working to resolve it entirely for the next update.

    Same issue here. Downgraded plugin to 5.11.0 and the list was shown again. Both in test and live mode the issue appeared.

    Thread will be closed. Currently the fix to solve that issue is:

    If you do see the bank dropdown, but the issuer list is empty, then you can try to clear your transients under:

    WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Clear transients

    Go to woocommerce–>settings–>payments
    Open the specific Mollie payment methode (example: Mollie: iDEAL) with the button on the end.
    Fill in the country you want to sell to.

    Worked for me.
