Hello, I use Elementor with a loop grid and a loop item. I cannot see the badge in shop and category, while is visible in product page. I also wonder if there is a way to apply discount to custom badge, instead of default badge which appear in the top left corner. Please see the link given as example.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Sangeetha from Customer Support Team.

It appears that you want to showcase a percentage sale badge in the upper right corner on your shop, category, and product pages. Is my understanding accurate?

If so, would you like to give it a shot by enabling the three checkboxes for the sale badge? For example: https://nimb.ws/GANUL1 (go to Woocommerce -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings)

If issue still occurs, can you open a support ticket through the following link:?https://www.flycart.org/support?and provide us with the below details:

    • Screenshots of discount rules configured
    • Screenshots of sale badge settings
    • Site URL

So that one of our support engineers will assist you with solutions as quickly as possible.

Looking forward to assisting you on this.

    Thanks

Thank you! yes I confirm I had all 3 checkboxes flagged and also flagged all “On shop page, On product page, On category page”. I already sent a ticket at ?https://www.flycart.org/support? 3 times in 2 weeks. Nobody never answered to me (I checked in spam already). The priority is showing the badge in category pages, secondly to apply discount to custom element (the one at the right top corner). I’m interested to buy the paid version if I get these 2 things fixed. Please can I send my request using a normal email address? I doubt your ticketing system is working properly. Thank you!
