No backups sent by email anymore

    Good day to whom may it concern:

    I am using updraftplus to create backups and normally those are sent by email besides the notification, but I have received the notification of the backup only in the last two times the system has done the correspondent backups.

    I checked the settings (are the same as always) and the email config/connection where the backups are supposed to be sent and all this is working properly.

    Could you help me finding a solution for this issue please?

    Hi,

    Really sorry for the delay, there seems to be an issue with email backups.

    This is corrected in our development version and an update should be out soon will keep you updated!
