No awards showing on admin or end user

    I’m currently using a 7 day trial on a local wordpress set up.

    I have created some test data that would generate a 5% weight loss award and a 7lb weight loss award and a 14lb weight loss award.

    However, none of the awards are showing for either the administrator or the end user on the frontend.

    I have designed badges and set the images on the awards, but still nothing.

    Can I check, are each of the awards enabled and set to be processed on new and/or updated entries?

    If so, would I be able to access your WP dashboard to look at the settings?

    Hi, I didn’t get an email for your original reply.

    My 7 day trial has run out on my setup, so I can’t check. Also, the install is on my local computer and not hosted online so you wouldn’t be able to access it.

    I was trialling the plugin for 2 customers of mine and one of my customers has purchased the full pro plus version now in any case, so I will set it up on her system and if the awards are still not showing, I can give you a login for her website to look at.

    Hi,

    Just getting around to adding awards for the client.

    But on the user screen there are no awards showing as you can see, just above the weight entries, the ‘awards’ section is blank.

    I have added the shortcode [wt-awards] to the weight tracker page, but it tells me that there are no awards. I added a weight entry for today to say I’d lost 7lb but it didn’t issue me an award.
