    Hello!

    I’ve just opened my Woocomeerce webshop https://www.soulslippers.nl. But when my customers want to place an order, they get the following message: Please continue to the checkout and enter your full address to see if there are any available shipping methods. And if they want to finish the order. This isn’t possible. They will get the following error: Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for… This is a big problem. Because it isn’t possible to order, unless I remove the shipping. So that’s what i’ve done now.

    I’ve set the available country to The Netherlands.And my woocmmeerce version is 2.37. An my wordpress version is 4.1.1.

    I hop you can help me with this problem.

  • What shipping methods do you have set up in your settings under shipping tab?

    I’ve chosen flat rate. And added 3,50 euro tho the shipping costs field. I’m not using the shipping classes.

    You have flat rate selected under “shipping options” in general and you have it set up on the flat rate tab as well.

    Have you enabled the shipping calculations (we have the first three options enabled).

    Is the sell-to country missing under shipping options?

    Is the product hidden at all?

    Check what’s set up in the customer default address as well (default to billing, geolocation, etc.

    That’s all I can think of at the moment.

    I have flat rate selected under shipping options and activated shipping. And on the flat rate tab i’ve set up the costs per order and the sell to country (all available countries).

    The products aren’t hidden. And shipping calculations is enabled (not at the moment, because then people can’t order).

    The customer address was set to no address, default to billing isn’t available (if it’s under general settings). But now i’ve tried geolocate, and that seems to fix the problem!

    The strange thing is that when I tested an order it was possible to select an shipping option. But this was because I was logged in. But when people wanted to checked out as a guest, the problem occurred.

    Hi Theraboon,
    I have a solution, You just setup “Customer base address” at Default Customer Address field in ‘General settings’. Then you can see the Flat Rate that you have configured.
