no available shipping methods

    I am having this error on the check out page stating “ There are no available shipping methods to the country you provided.”

    The following is set up:
    REALTIME RATES and SHIPPING SERVICES are enabled
    Product weights & dimension are missing
    Shipping address is correct.

    The shipping fee is being calculated however once already it is in the CHECK OUT page the error message ““ There are no available shipping methods to the country you provided.”

    Please note also that the base currency we are using is AED and I am using the FEDEX basic.
