    I have the Origin Zip defined but I keep getting

    “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    The ZipOrigination field is empty. It seems the plugin you are using doesn’t receive a valid origin zip code.

    It looks like you are using the USPS plugin from WooThemes, no this one. If so, it’d be better to contact their support about the issue.
