    I just installed the “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce” plugin and linked the plugin with my stripe account successually.

    I only enabled the “Credit/Debit Cards” option as an accepted payment, yet I am getting this error at the checkout:

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    The payment method shows up in the woocommerce settings on the “Payments” page but I am still getting this error.

    Can someone help with this?

    I reverted back to the “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin by woocommerce and the checkout works now.

    Something isn’t right here.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi @thinknatural

    This is a very common question in the support threads. You most likely have a currency switcher plugin enabled on your site that’s filtering payment methods.

    You need to register the payment methods from our Stripe plugin in your currency switchcer plugin settings.

    If you aren’t using a currency switcher plugin then you have some other plugin that’s filtering payment methods. Most plugins that filter payment methods on the checkout page have some setting where you need to tell it what payment methods it supports.

    How do I “register the payment methods from our Stripe plugin in your currency switcher plugin settings” within Aelia Currency Switcher?

    @thinknatural If you navigate to the currency switcher plugin’s settings pages, there will be an option to add the Stripe payment methods for each currency that you have configured.

    That is how the currency switcher plugin knows which payment methods can be displayed on the checkout page based on the store’s currency.
