    I enabled autocomplete orders with the plugin but it is not working and all orders are still processing!! Please help with this

    It worked when i was testing suddently it stopped working….

    Are you testing on a live setup or on a sandbox? This is actually beyond our plugin as WooCommerce deals with them. We just extend its features. You can rest assured that it works perfectly.

    I tested with sandbox, it worked.

    Went to live mode, it worked.

    Disabled the autocomplete and enabled it later and it stopped working.

    It is hard to predict what went wrong as the feature worked and suddenly stopped working. BTW are you using WooCommerce subscription? You can deactivate and reactive our plugin and give a final try.

    Sadly there is no such thing stated on your website as live support,

    I tried deactivating the plugin and reactivate it but it did not help. I dnt feel this topic is going to help this problem and maybe you guys have to get into my website and check some things.

    OR if you gave me the oppertunity to import all my license keys, so i can just reinstall the whole plugin and delete its data. Maybe that will help.

    @pluginever can you please reply. All my customers are complaining about not having the delivery instantly. I understand that its the free version but i was just about to buy the full version for the plugin but now im really not confident in it.
