    Hi @thoompje,

First of all, I want to provide some additional information regarding the integration between Paid Member Subscriptions and WooCommerce.

With this WooCommerce integration, you’re basically?attaching?a PMS subscription plan to a?WooCommerce Product/Subscription, but then everything that comes after that will be handled by WooCommerce and not us (this also includes the payments). This happens because the WooCommerce Product/Subscription (that has our plan attached to it) is sold through the?WooCommerce Checkout page?(and no longer through our PMS Registration form)?while using one of the available?WooCommerce payment gateways.?You can read the documentation about this specific integration to see what it will imply and its limitations?here.

Important: Still regarding the above WooCommerce integration, for the subscription plans to be automatically recurring, it is necessary to also have the?WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin?installed and active (through this you can set the WooCommerce Product type to be a?WooCommerce Subscription type). You can read more about this here.

Note: I also want to mention that even if you have the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin active on your site and you’ve set the WooCommerce Product to be a Subscription type product. In the PMS -> Members page, the Auto-renewal setting will still show “No”, but this won’t matter since if you have the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin active, we will look if the subscription was renewed in WooCommerce, and it it was successfully renewed then we will also automatically extend the PMS subscription plan accordingly (based on the setting you’ve made to our plan).

    Best regards,
