• I just wanted new posts on our sports club site to be automatically posted to our Facebook page. Seems I have to buy a “Premium” subscription to enable that? Our traffic is way too low to justify that I’m afraid…

  • The description section has:

    “for cross-posting and auto posting
*?Facebook?– Post to your profile, page (Free), and in groups (Premium)”

It is in fact a misleading/false statement. It forces to subscribe to premium version for auto posting, even for the Facebook.

I deleted the plugin and used Jetpack instead – which gives you 30 free social media posts a month, which is more than enough for us. ??

We are sorry to hear your opinion @ggranvik.

Blog2Social offers a wide range of automation and customizing options in the free version and you can share your posts to Facebook as well as across multiple social media accounts with one click automatically. Cross-posting is free for your Facebook page as well as on many other social platforms.

You can easily achieve your goal by clicking on “Social Media Posts” in your Blog2Social dashboard. Here you can see all of your published WordPress posts. By clicking on “Share on Social Media” next to your preferred post, you can customize and share it on all your connected networks.

However, to ensure compliance with the new API rules of the social networks, some advanced functions of the auto-posting and auto-scheduling features are provided in the Premium versions.

But take a close look at all the things you can do with the free version of Blog2Social.
    For example:
-Share your posts or pages on 13 different social networks at once: Twitter, Facebook (profile and page), LinkedIn (profile), XING (profile), Pinterest, Reddit, Torial, Medium, Tumblr, Flickr, Diigo, Bloglovin and VK
-Customize your social media posts with personal comments, hashtags, handles, emojis, and select an image of your choice from your blog post. You can even edit the complete HTML markup for re-publishing your post on Tumblr, Torial, and Medium.
-View all your social media posts in one single place.
-Automatically generate hashtags from the tags of your post.
-Edit the meta tag information of your blog posts and pages.
-Use the free Blog2Social Extension for Firefox and Chrome to save links while browsing and share them whenever you want.

If you need more advanced options, you can upgrade anytime.
