no authorize drop down and no instant payment checkbox visible

is only for pro version?

I ask this cause now is set to sale in dropdwon but the payment is still in pending in woocommerce and the order is pending payment and after that result canceled i think i need the pro version with instant payment?
Please let me know

Instant payment and authorize options are available only in the premium version of the plugin and the article too is about that version.

Although, the sale option should work correctly in the free version itself. Please share the PayPal logs of this order from Woocommerce > Status > Logs > eh_paypal logs.

We checked the logs and couldn’t find any issues in them. It could be that the user closed the PayPal window/tab before finishing the payment.

You may please try switching PayPal to sandbox and do a couple of test orders and see if you can replicate the issue.
