No attachments are sent

Hello,
Thanks for this plugin, however I can not attach a file to the send of my form.
Messages are sent to a Gmail mail address, but without the attachments (pdf or txt)
My website is on OVH, the version of WordPress is 4.7
I also test with Php 5.6.25 and 7.0.10
After each test, when I look with the plugin: Contact Form DB, my PDF file is saved in the database.
Do you have a solution to this problem without using: Contact Form DB

[File files limit: 2mb filetypes: pdf] </ label>Mail tag:
File: [files]
The following directory is present: wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads
The permissions are:
wp-content 755
uploads 755
wpcf7_uploads 755Attachments are not written to the directory: wpcf7_uploads
How to solve this problem ?
