No Attachment Display Setting in media file menu

Hi.
The Attachement Display Settings seem to have disappeared in the media library – or has it been located somewhere else? Or have I missed a setting somewhere? I havent been able to spot it; I need to link the pics in the gallery to a page URL and presume this would do the trick? I have the gallery in place on the Authors page:
