No assistance with PRO subscription

  • I bought the Astra PRO plugin for several sites. There is an incompatibility of the theme with one of my plugins.
    Despite several tickets and emails to support. I received no help !!

    PS: I will change my rating if the customer support is doing its job …

    I have created a third ticket for the Pro concern by using your Support Portal and sending your an email.

    I still have not received an answer…

    This should not be the case.

    I just looked into all the tickets opened using your domain email address and we’ve got back to every ticket coming from you.

    Can you please check your spam folder to see whether our replies have landed there?

    In the meanwhile, I have written to you using another email ID. Can you please check and get back to us?
