No assign the Membership Level
-
Hey,
I have successfully imported the CSV files, but it’s just create the users not have any records into the Membership List at Paid Membership Pro plugins.
Can you please help me asap?

Hi,
Thank you for using my plugin!
Typically, the refusal to import membership information is linked to the plugin finding problems with the data being imported. It could be a case of dates having the wrong format, incorrect membership ID information, membership status, etc.
Please make sure you review the FAQ section for some details on the expected/correct formats for dates, etc.
Also, if you could provide me with a link to an example (small sample) of the data you’re trying to import, I can review it and maybe give you a few pointers.
Hey,
Thank for your reply.
Date Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Membership ID: 1
Status – active
I have import your same report then also only created the users not created the membership lit at the paid membership pro section.
Hi,
This would be a lot easier if you provided an example import file. Please use a pastebin, a dropbox account, or some other online resource that will then let you post the link to the file to this forum.
We have added the CSV and change the level manually now.
Hi,
I’m not following, sorry?
Hello
I am following on this ticket as I am also having issue importing the members.
All datas are imported correctly but member are not assigned their respective membership level.
I have used the template file downloaded next to the import button and my first test was just to reimport this one, the user are well created but no membership level assigned
after importing the users, I received a warning in WP about the error log, here is the content:BEGIN 2018-06-06 08:26:22

Thanks for your help

Hi Pascal,
In the future, please open a separate topic even if the issue appears to be related.
Did you attempt to open those .csv files in a spreadsheet?
I ask because they both contain the incorrect date formats (the dates _have_ to be
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
, _no_ exceptions). Also, the column lists are incorrect for one of them (commas are missing causing data from one column type to be assigned to another one).
In the one where you used the example file, you’re winding up with the start date in the
membership_id
column on the 2nd line, and then it goes downhill from there (which is why the plugin is objecting to the import of those lines).
