No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache. after cache rebuilt. after update.

    Hi,
    I have just updated the plugin (to 4.8.3), and rebuilt the cache for a number of sites i have.
    i cleared the cache of the site too.
    the plugin runs through the pages, but no items are added like used to happen.
    i just get…
    page name
    Rebuilding Page 1 of 10…
    Done
    page name
    Rebuilding Page 2 of 10…
    Done

    the shops then show no products. can you help?

    Did it work before? Otherwise I’d assume there is some Server side caching active?
    Can you chEck if something is enable and disable it temporarily?

    it worked last week.
    the last 2 versions installed have not worked.
    for the 1st update, I cleared the cache.
    for the second, I disabled the cache plugin altogether.
    and still the same.

    Can you please tell me more about your configuration?

    you chose:
    Shop ID: 1088851 and
    Shop source: Europe
    ?

    did you overwrite it in your [spreadplugin ...] shortcode?

    I just tested it with just the configured values above and using the shortcode [spreadplugin] and it pulled your products in the test environment.

    I can see what you mean, so i did a test on another site https://lasttrain.co.uk (shop id 198470 / source europe) because this definitely only uses [spreadplugin] shortcode and only has one page.
    i turned off the cache plugin, and rebuilt the spreadsheet cache.
    same thing.
    I’m not stressing out, so don’t worry too much.
    hopefully not too many people are seeing the same thing as me.

    Hi! Has this issue been resolved? I have the exact same problem. I updated the cache today after quite a while. I also just get
    ” Rebuilding Page 1 of 47…
    Done” and all the products have disappeared from my shop….:-(
    I did not change anything – maybe it is an automatic WordPress update or could it have anything to do with the fact that Spreadshirt has changed shop domains??

    I would be very grateful if this could be resolved quickly…

    Just realized that the problem is solved in the most recent update of WP-Spreadplugin :-).
