    Hi Thimo,

    I am having a problem with the plugin. I “think” I have follwed all you steps but still getting the error No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache.

    I have created the categories and got the code from spreadshirt but its still not working.

    Here is my short code:

    [spreadplugin shop_id=”848261″ shop_locale=”en_GB” shop_api=”XXXX” shop_source=”net” shop_secret=”XXXX” shop_limit=”10″ shop_category=”337645″ shop_social=”0″ shop_enablelink=”0″ shop_productcategory=”” shop_productsubcategory=”” shop_sortby=”place” shop_linktarget=”_blank” shop_checkoutiframe=”0″ shop_designershop=”” shop_display=”0″ shop_designsbackground=”0″ shop_showdescription=”0″ shop_showproductdescription=”0″ shop_imagesize=”280″ shop_showextendprice=”0″ shop_zoomimagebackground=”#FFFFFF” shop_design=”” shop_view=”0″ shop_zoomtype=”0″ shop_lazyload=”1″ shop_language=”” shop_basket_text_icon=”0″ shop_designer=”0″]

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

  • I have the same problem, after updating the plugin.

    No “rebuilding item…” step.

    Downgrade to 3.7.3 version and everything is working again.

    @ukgeeks
    a) What was the output, when cache rebuild process?
    b) Did you enter a category in your spreadplugin settings?
    c) If you want to display a separate category it’s better to have no category in spreadplugin settings and just use the minimal shortcode like [spreadplugin shop_category="337645"] which tells the system to use the spreadplugin settings and overwrite/use the specified category.

    @claiie
    Your shop-id seems to be wrong or category id entered which doesn’t match. please check both.

    I have tried all the categories from my spreadshirt page (men, women, kids, all) and also with no category. The result is the same.

    Thanks

    The page rebuilds are from several pages which were made and deleted. I tried using both pages and posts with no luck.

    I have just updated 2 sites (www.odditees.co.uk & https://www.quotees.co.uk), quotees updated fine, odditees gave the error “No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache.”
    When i updated quotees, rebuilding the cache seemed to update each teeshirt on each page individually with a small tee image. when i updated odditees i only got a simple rebuild list similar to the one displayed by UKGeeks.
    I guess it’s a plugin conflict, so let me know if you would like me to list the plugins on each site.
    looking forward to a fix of the best wordpress plugin i know!
    cheers.

    it’s unable to perform the ajax request when you receive that error “Get list not performed error 0”

    The cache rebuild process hasn’t changed that much since 3.7.3 it wouldn’t work for you anymore in 3.7.8.

    In most cases it’s a provider issue (blocking requests as I know from hostgator or having limits or caches)

    Do you have a cache plugin like wp-super-cache or similar active? Please disable and try again. If not, I’ll need a look at your wp, if you can provide a temp. admin account @ [email protected] it would be much helpfull. Otherwise it’s like finding the needle in the haystack.

    No cache plugin like wp-super-cache or similar active. In fact, just the default plugins.
