No arrow in Firefox on Mac

What version of Firefox are you using? I’m on version 83 and see it. The plugin uses the default details/summary html so the browser shows the arrow on the left.

Do you see the arrow in the example here? https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/details
It may be a font issue.

What I see in inspect element is

<details open=""><summary class="lightweight-accordion-title"><span>January 2020:</span></summary><div class="lightweight-accordion-body">

So it seems as though nothing is there.

I have added the CSS from that link and still nothing displayed.

@colinsp Yeah there is no actual character there, your browser adds the arrow in the box using pseudo elements. Do you have a screenshot of the page not loading the arrow? (or a link)

@colinsp Odd, do you mind linking the page it’s on and hopefully I can debug more.

@colinsp Also noticed if the summary element is set as display: block the arrow disappears in firefox. This most likely is it, you probably have something like normalize.css loading somewhere. I am going to see if I can tweak my default css so it works around this.
