We have people trying to order on our website and they’re saying there is no way to enter credit card information. There was no issues until December 17.

The checkout page is a regular WordPress page, not done by a page builder.

Plugins were updated prior to December 17, I don’t recall which ones were updated.

I have a screenshot to show how it appears.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @webby2010

The issue is the js.stripe.com script and Stripe plugin scripts are not loading on your checkout page. Here are some things to check.

    1. On the WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced page, make sure you have a page set for your checkout page. /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced
    2. If you’re using a cache plugin, make sure you exclude the js.stripe.com script

    Kind Regards

I do have “Checkout” page selected and I do not have a cache plugin.

All you see when Credit Card option is selected is the Save Card checkbox.

    Hi @webby2010

I can see that the stripe.css file is being loaded, but not the plugin’s Javascript files. The Stripe plugin equeues its scripts to be loaded in the footer.

My recommendation is to test using a basic setup with just Woo and Stripe active and see if you can narrow it down to a plugin causing a conflict.

    Kind Regards

Please use our contact us page.

The fact that the card form suddenly stopped working on Dec 17th means something changed on your site to cause that behavior. The plugin wouldn’t randomly stop working unless something caused it.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @webby2010

I think we’re having some email deliverability issues via our contact us page. Please submit your request using the help widget located within the Stripe plugin.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @webby2010

Your can share your account ID and the payment intent ID here and it won’t be an issue. There isn’t any sensitive info in those 2 values.

    Kind Regards

Sorry, I confused this thread with another one.

Please try the support widget again. I just tested it and it’s working. Try refreshing your page before submitting again.

My hosting company took a look and the WordPress needed to be upgraded. It was interesting that it was showing already the current version.

    Thank you for your time!
