There is not a specific archive function.

The (not free) CFDB Editor allows you to move all the records under a specific form name to another form name (sort of like archiving it under a different name). Then you can later rename it back to the original to move the records back. But you can’t select specific records to form-rename. It does all of them.

The CFDB Editor also has a special “Backup” export that it can then re-import. So you could export all the records to a file, then delete them from CFDB.

Thank you, but I mean, I want other things to be archived, but ONE. It will be sending financial information, sensitive data. That one I do not want a record, is that possible?

So I got 5 forms, one would be financial info. That one I do NOT want to store on the database. Can that be possible?

I may have misunderstood what you mean by “archiving”. If you simply mean “saving”, there is a way to avoid saving certain fields and forms to the database.

In the CFDB Options administration page, there are options to list the name of form fields and form names that CFDB should not save.
