No Appearance and no Media Tab

  • I need to manage the video player, the banners, and every graphic element of my website but I have absolutely no access to it.
    It doesn’t have a media and an appearance tab.

    At first I thought it was the login, but I am logged in with a full admin status so it can’t be that.

    My computer guy told me “I do seem to remember some ‘unique’ configurations and some missing elements like you described.”

    The elements seem to be hidden, any suggestions on how to work on those graphic elements?
