    Hi,

    Sorry about that, we just launched a new ticketing system to better serve our paid customers and we’re still getting through the teething issues. I’ve searched the system and it looks like you did manage to open a ticket which was resolved 4 days ago. Now that you have access to the system I’ll assume you’re going to open any additional issues there.
