NO API KEY BOX WHEN I ACTIVATE ASHE PRO

Hello,
I’m replacing free ASHE with ASHE pro, but once I activate ASHE PRO, instead of the box to insert the API KEY I get a message saying “Oops… Ashe Pro requires an access to our API. From unknown reason, the API connectivity test failed. It’s probably a temporary issue on our end. Just to be sure, with your permission, would it be o.k to run another connectivity test?”
I tried multiple times in the past 24 hours, and even when I o.k. it, nothing happens, the message stays the same.
