No answer of support team for weeks! – Have support and development ceased?

    Moikka,

    since some weeks, I have a problem with prosodia VG Wort. There is shown the message “Zeichenanzahl neuberechnen”, but when I click on it and push this button, nothing happens.

    The plugin is also not updated for more than a year now, which could be the reason for that problem.

    I contacted the support team weeks ago, but I haven’t received any response yet.

    Is the plugin still supported or has the development and support ceased?

    Is there any alternative I can use instead of prosodia VG Wort? I found for example the plugin Worthy…
