    I’m sorry to learn about your bad experience with the support.

    Due this review I took a look at the pending tickets and I’ve realized that your ticket was opened on Friday. Yes, we couldn’t reply to your ticket on Friday, and since we are not able to reply over the weekend we would be talking about 72 business hours to get back to you. I understand It’s frustrating, we’re sorry about that.

    The main reason of why we ask our clients not opening a ticket over and over again every few hours it’s because the ticket is delayed every time you it’s updated. Actually, the ticket won’t be replied faster by opening multiple tickets. The better would be opening a ticket and wait for our supporters. They always reply to the tickets.

    We’ve just received two emails from you saying that the issue was resolved and you were using the shortcode on posts rather than a page. Yes, you can use a shortcode on a page, of course it depends on your theme.

    So… if you followed the Getting Started Guide there shouldn’t be any issues.

    Again, we’re sorry if you experience with our support was not as fast as you wanted. This review helps us to improve our product.

    I’ve finally found a solution myself. It was a conflict between my Themler template and the paid version of the plugin. It didn’t work on pages or posts. Especially for this template generator, it works fine in a custom widget created in the template.

    The support communication needs some improvement but the plugin works very well with this trick.

    I’m glad to learn that the issue has been resolved. That’s what i thought, it was a conflict. It happens very often and that’s why we have published this article https://doc.bookingultrapro.com/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-conflicts/.

    It takes just 3 minutes find out if it’s either a plugin or theme conflict.
