No Analytics or Impressions

  • Have had a WP popup running for a few weeks, yet there are zero impressions or conversions. I have verified the popup works, and it displays in other browsers when I am not logged in. This is our first popup with WP Popups, but we used the previous popup feature all the time.

    Any insight into why there are no impressions or conversions listed?

    Please Check that stats are enabled in the plugin settings page.

    Thanks. I have checked under Settings > Analytics > Enable Stats. The dropdown was already set to yes. Is there another setting I should look for?

    We had imported our old popups, and they are displaying analytics. The other popups are all turned off. The one without stats is the only one active.

    We have it set to run after 3 seconds and will display whenever someone lands on the site, so long as it wasn’t from another internal page.

    It showing as enable stats is set to false. Please try saving settings again and clear all cache in the site.
