No amazon ads showing

Hi, I’m using the Ad Inserter plugin to display custom amazon ads on pages of my site. I really do think I’m using the plugin correctly in terms of the way I’m entering the data, but I am not seeing any ads at all.

I’ve now disabled caching. I’ve described the problem and that it relates to amazon ads and I’ve provided the url of the only page I’ve so far used to test this on.

I should say that I used to have amazon ads displaying without using this plugin, but when I went to my site today, I noticed that the served ads I used to have are not showing at all. That’s why I decided to try a plugin to place them.
